Lillevilla Ruokonen is a spacious and bright gable-roof garden building made from 44 mm thick logs. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy summer days or create a cozy atmosphere during autumn evenings. Thanks to its large windows, this model is especially suitable as an artist’s studio or a summer kitchen.

The floor area of this model is 12 m², with a width of 4 meters and a depth of 3 meters. The ridge height is 250 cm, and the roof area is 16.20 m².

Included in the Delivery

The product package includes logs, doors, windows, floorboards, roof boards, fittings, nails, and screws. The floorboards are 21 mm thick, and the logs are 44 mm thick with a double tongue-and-groove design, ensuring exceptional durability.

Roofing material is not included but can be ordered separately. Choose from shingle roofing or sealed joint roofing options. Tile roofing is not recommended, and the roofing material must be installed immediately after assembly.

The cabin parts are pre-processed at the factory. However, since assembly is required, ensure you have common tools such as a measuring tape, spirit level, hammer, saw, screwdriver, and drill.

Surface Treatment

The building’s surface treatment must be carried out immediately after assembly, weather permitting. Use breathable surface treatment products specifically designed for log surfaces. Paints that form non-breathable plastic films must not be used.
