Tinascoat asphalt repair mass is a very high-quality, heat-free asphalt repair mass for repairing various asphalt areas. Tinascoat asphalt patching compound is suitable for use in the quick repair of both asphalt and concrete holes. Tinascoat asphalt patching compound can be used year-round in all weather conditions.
Areas of use include: streets and yard areas, sidewalks, bridges and parking lots, for the permanent repair of seams between paving and asphalt, asphalt sample drilling holes, settlements, etc.
Tinascoat asphalt patching compound consists of selected aggregates and bitumen containing additives, which ensures that the installed material stays firmly in the hole. An area patched with Tinascoat is strong and resistant to wear and salt. The layer flexibility of the material guarantees the durability of the asphalt surface. The compound resists chemicals but reacts with organic solvents. The compound does not stick to vehicle tires

• Tinascoat’s unique binder composition forms a pliable and easily workable mass, which is particularly suitable for repairing and installing driving strips and thresholds in addition to patching ordinary surface defects.
• The patched area can be opened to traffic immediately. Final drying occurs as the additives evaporate. No special tools or machines are needed for installation.
• Installation layer 1 – 5 cm (max 5 cm).
• If the installation depth is deeper, it is recommended to place, for example, gravel at the bottom of the area to be patched or repaired.

1. If needed, prime the edges of the area to be patched (Tinascoat primer aerosol)
2. If it is a depression, prime the entire repair depression area
3. If necessary, install gravel at the bottom of the hole to be patched
4. Dispense the Tinascoat patching compound
5. Compact well with a vibrating plate, handheld compactor, or even drive over the fresh compound to ensure tightness.
6. The patch is ready, and the area can be opened to traffic.
