Specialized silicone adhesive and building sealant designed for gluing mirrors, laminates and glass mosaic, also in the mirror-mirror system. It has very good adhesion to typical building materials such as glass, metals, plastics, wood, brick, glaze, concrete, stone, ceramics, gypsum elements, etc. The product has a neutral hardening system. Solvent-free. It is flexible, durable and resistant to temperature changes: -40 to + 180 ° C and fungi, molds and UV rays.

Application method

The surfaces to be glued must be dry and clean, free from dust, dirt, grease, grease, rust and other substances that weaken adhesion. Glass, glazed surfaces, wood should be degreased with alcohol, gasoline or another solvent. Absorbent surfaces such as plaster or brick should be primed. The adhesive should be applied with vertical stripes or spots – air access to the adhesive should be provided. Press the glued surfaces firmly and evenly, to fix the mirror, use supports to completely cure the adhesive (deep cure time: 2mm / 24 hours). Do not seal the mirror rim before curing.

Warnings

In the case of mirrors of an unknown manufacturer, gluing tests should be carried out. Mirrors for internal use should be protected with 0.7 g / m ² silver, 0.2 g / m ² copper, 50µm thickness of primer and topcoat, including 20 µm of primer.

Before applying the product, it is also recommended to carry out an adhesion test on the substrate.
